As a response to US president Trump’s tariff implementation, China based retro game company Anbernic is indefinitely ceasing all shipments to the US. They will provide an update on their shipping policies once they receive confirmed updates regarding import duties.
“Due to changes in U.S. tariff policies, we will be suspending all orders shipping from China to the United States starting today,” Anbernic shared on their official website. The company details more issues regarding shipping – with delays being announced on their end.

“If you have already encountered any customs fees during this transitional period, please do not hesitate to contact us—we will work with you to find a suitable solution.”
Anbernic specializes in creating retro handhelds, catered towards emulation of older game consoles. The company earned their reputation within the emulation community as the company that creates GameBoy Advance and Advance SP form factor hardware – two consoles with design languages that are beloved by many.
