Matthew Macatuno Naval has been arrested for kidnapping a 10 year old child and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. According to the authorities, the two communicated on discord and Roblox – a popular gaming platform for younger gamers. The child went missing on April 12, 2025, during which she was last seen at home.
Investigations began after the missing report – Kern County Sheriff’s office investigated the case, leading them to suspect a possible kidnapping. Further investigations revealed that the girl and 27 year old Naval were suspected to be in Elk Grove, California. After being notified, Elk Grove Police located Naval and the minor – arresting the predator and temporarily taking the juvenile in protective custody until released back to their family.
